P.S.: Ena rahlo čudna stvar - prejšnji teden mi pošljejo z MotoGP mejl, naj jim dam telefonsko in jim dam od mobilca, danes me pa kliče tip z FedExa, da ma MotoGP pošiljko zame na navadni telefon, ki je btw. nekonvencionalna T-2 številka in jim je nisem posredoval, niti ni kje objavljena niti je nimam v profilu na MotoGP strani - in ga vprašam ob prevzemu, od kod je dobil številko, pa pravi, da je na spremnem listu bila napisana :blink: Pa že... :D

Valentino Rossi has just completed his first stint on Bridgestone tyres on the opening day of testing at the Jerez circuit in Spain.

The Italian waited until shortly after midday before making his much-hyped debut on Bridgestone tyres, which followed his controversial split from rivals Michelin at the end of last season.

Rossi’s opening stint saw the 28-year-old complete seven laps with a best time of 1.42.577.

The seven-times world champion then pulled into the pits to be swamped in his Fiat Yamaha garage. At least 15 people surrounded the seven-times world champion, including Yamaha race boss Masao Furusawa and Tohru Ubukata, Bridgestone’s manager of Motorcycle Race Tyre Development.

Several other key Yamaha personnel huddled around Rossi to listen to his first impressions of Bridgestone rubber as he got to work with new tyre technician Peter Baumgartner.

Rossi has just exited the pitlane for his second run, though he is still using the 2007 factory YZR-M1 machine, with Yamaha not rolling out a new bike until January. He immediately dropped his best time to a 1.42.156, which was fifth quickest after just 12 laps.

Not surprisingly, world champion Casey Stoner is top of the early timesheets with a best of 1.40.932. It appears he is still riding his 2007 MotoGP world championship-winning factory GP7, before he begins to evaluate the new 2008 machine.

British rider James Toseland is currently 10th in the standings, posting a best of 1.43.120.

tisti rezultati ko jih je nekdo že objavu niso lih pravi.....na tem linku so.....stoner, pedrosa, rossi itd..

Dozdeva se mi, da bo naslednjo sezono zopet velika razlika med voznikoma tovarniških Ducatijev. Stoner ga spet trga :devil:

Sicer pa bodo dirke povedale svoje.

Pričakoval sem več, vendar ne morem kritizirati, ker ne vem vzroka. Morda ne testirajo vsi istih tehničnih rešitev, itd,..

Je pa do začetka sezone še nekaj časa tako, da.... :evilgrin:

zka je pa noriiiiiiiiii...zato ker je v glavo udarjen! :P :P :P :P :grim

ne ker je premagu svojga moštvenga kolega za 1.5 sekunde prbližno... kljub temu da je naredu pou mn krougou in ob koncu še padu...

dodatno težo temu da to da je njegov moštveni kolega edn najbolših pilotov v motoGP ;)

ne ga srat no! en mal razlike bo ja, zagotovim ti da bo melandri pred stonerjom :winkiss: ...kdor ga mal spremlja ve, da je marco mal bolan.... sam moped še naštudira :rolleyes:

Kar pa se tiče testiranja se mi zdi zanimiva je primerjva s časi lanskega testa ter dirke 2007:

Najboljši čas s testiranja v Jerezu 2006:

1. Valentino Rossi 1min 41.745 secs

Dirka 2007:

2007 Pole Position: Dani PEDROSA 1'39.402 160.185 Km/h

2007 Race Fastest Lap: Valentino ROSSI 1'40.905 157.799 Km/h

Stoner je vozil z motorjem za 2008, ki pa se v bistvu skoraj ne razlikuje od 07 različice. Po besedah Preziosija so naredili le nekaj modifikacij na šasiji in motorju. Še zanimiva izjava Preziosija: »Ducati is not Honda and can not afford to make a new bike every year.

Under the present rules (800cc - 21 liters of fuel) there is little room for further engine development. We expect that, after Honda, the other manufacturers will also reach Ducati's level in this area. So the direction of development will have to be driveability (frame, tyres and electronics).«

Pedrosa je testiral obe, 2007 in 2008 različico.

Rossi z 2007 bajkom: "We are testing the new tyres and everything seems to proceed well. Later on we will concentrate on the engine".

Stoner je odleto pri 190 Km/h v hitrem ovinku nasproti boksov. Ostal je nepoškodovan in nadaljeval s testiranjem a je vožnjo predčasno zakljuičil zaradi bolečin v desnem ramenu.

Casey Stoner's inaugural outing on the Ducati Desmosedici GP8 proved a profitable one, with the new MotoGP world champion finishing the first day of the Jerez test on top of the timesheets.

The GP8 has much to live up to, with the Bridgestone-shod GP7 having won a total of 11 out of the 18 races last season - and all three premier-class world titles - but the new machine didn't disappoint...

March's Spanish Grand Prix at Jerez had been the scene of Stoner's second-worst finish with the GP7, a fifth position, but the 22-year-old was on much more effective form with the GP8.

Stoner posted a best time of 1min 40.221secs, a huge 1.2secs inside his best race lap from the grand prix and enough to keep the young Australian 0.134secs clear of closest rival Dani Pedrosa - despite an afternoon fall.

"This first day with the GP8 was really positive for us," said Stoner. "I immediately felt at home on the bike because it's pretty similar to what we rode last season. Today we were quite a bit faster than we were when we raced here back in March, which is very important because we have improved at a track that used to be a bit difficult for us. We found a very good set-up which could also be good at other circuits. We used 2007 spec tyres today, tomorrow we will start with Bridgestone's new tyres. The only bad moment of the day was the crash, but these things can happen. I'm okay though, so everything is fine."

Meanwhile, new team-mate Marco Melandri continues to make a steady to his Ducati career and set the 12th fastest day one lap time, 1.668secs behind Stoner.

"We started working on chassis geometry to adapt the bike to my riding style," said the former Honda Gresini rider. "Today we made some good choices on settings and also some not so good choices, but every change teaches us something more about the bike which is very important. Towards the end of the day we found a set-up that I liked better, even though I don't yet feel totally at ease. We have work to do and I'm not at all worried about that."

The Jerez test will conclude on Thursday and is the last chance for track time before the MotoGP winter ban starts on December 1. Testing will then resume on January 22 at Sepang.

yap :D podoben mu je tudi Elias :D dva norca.. :)

Mu niti ni. Elias do zdej še ni spravu skup ene konstantne sezone skup, po drugi strani je bil Marco že podprvak, lani je bil blizu, letos ga je žal zjebal slab motor.

Kakšna buča od izjave :rolleyes: !

Honda je res en največjih internacijonalk v motocikličnih vodah in serijskih proizvodov, samo fond za Gp imajo te

vrhunske firme nekje enako omejen! Seveda je tudi od sponzorjev odvisno (Honda Gresini ali Repsol Honda Team)! :doze:

Sm čist spregledal, da so vsi trije junci napredovali v klaso Gp: Lorenzo, Dovizioso in De Angelis! Hm tu

sem ga pa kiksnil glede izbora, kateri naj mi bi bil favorit :hmm:

A se ti ne zdi potem čudno, da ima honda ob enakih finančnih sredstvih v svojem HRC zaposlenih več ljudi kot ducati v vseh delih tovarne skupaj? A so japonci kot delovna sila toliko cenejši?

Mu niti ni. Elias do zdej še ni spravu skup ene konstantne sezone skup, po drugi strani je bil Marco že podprvak, lani je bil blizu, letos ga je žal zjebal slab motor.

se strinjam s tem. ampak govorim tko nasplošno da je norc. se zna borit na nož :) če je le konkurenčen na določeni dirki... se ga ne da tako zlahkoto premagat :)
