ne ne jaz še vedno trdim da so ženske prenežne za vozit motorje pa pika! če pa katera trdi nasprotno mi lahko pride pomagat v 2 štuk ploščice nosit in polagat - mogoče se bodo celo barvno ujele z njeno oblekco  :devil:

ja ja OK že grem, bolj varno delat kot bit na cesti glede na to da bodo očitno vsak čas motoristke iz pisarn zbežale na mopije  :naughty:  :blush:

Obišči 4. štuk bloka v Slov. Bistici.... In si oglej kopalnico... 80% moje delo....vključno z nošenjem ploščic in lepila v dotični 4. štuk...

sem se pa razveselila, ko sem slišala da je kupo bivsi parcelo... bo se zdaj ta nova ploščice okol prenasala ;).

Vabljena na kopalniška opravila...ker sem bolj sam svoj mojster, bo vsaka pomoč dobrodošla :) Procente lahko spremeniva, gled na to, da ženska tri vogale podpira, lahko opraviš samo 75% dela. Pomijem in skuham pa sam. :)

no, meni je bilo usojeno vozit kawasakija (ninjo). Decembra je šla od bajte, pred nedavnim pa jo je zamenjala yamaha R6.

No, da še jaz nekaj dodam....

prvo vozila kawasaki ER5- ni za mene.....

sedaj imam yamaha FZS6 03 - motorček ok, lepo vodljiv, ni pretežek, ima premalo navora....

vozila aprilia FALCO...brutalen...pretrd....v glavnem ni za mene(se ubijem)

rada bi še probala y. R6, ninja9 in pa d. monster9....ker pa mi finance ta trenutek ne dopuščajo menjave motorja, bom ostala pri FZS6.

Kawasaki Sheds Some Light On Female Motorcyclists

According to the National Center for Health Statistics, the average height of an adult female in the United States is 5ft3.7in, while the average weight is 152 pounds. This obviously places the average woman outside the size range of rider for which most modern motorcycles are designed, particularly in height. One woman riding with our group provided a first-hand example of this problem - a talented rider, she was simply too short to properly balance her bike (I believe it was a Z1000) when stopped, and she dropped it several times.

Kawasaki is aware that many women riders may feel that they have been left out of the design process, and it was implied that the company may be taking steps to rectify that problem. Kawasaki PR personnel were quick to point out that Kawasaki already offers a number of models that are ideal for average-sized women (along with smaller men and beginner riders in general): almost 40% of Ninja 250 and Ninja 500 buyers are female, over 20% of ZZR-600 buyers are female, and the Vulcan 500 LTD, Vulcan 800 Classic, and Eliminator 125 cruisers are just as popular with women buyers. In fact, more than 15% of Kawasaki buyers are female, while the industry-wide average is just 10%.

When reading the above list, the problem that immediately jumps out at me is this: while the little Ninjas are great bikes, they haven't been redesigned for many years, and are quite outdated by today's standards. The ZZR-600 is more modern, but from my experience (read my review) I don't think it would be too manageable for a 5'3" rider.

Most of the other manufacturers produce bikes that could be labeled as "woman-friendly" - these are the same machines most journalists label "beginner-friendly". The problem is that not all women want a beginner-friendly bike - many of them are faster and more experienced than most male riders! What they want is a bike that is ergonomically designed to fit their size (and I mean more than just a low seat height). Suzuki's SV650 comes closest to fitting the bill, but it doesn't pack as much performance as a "full-size" sportbike.

In today's niche-infested market, it seems there are bikes available to suit almost every particular (and peculiar) type of rider: the sport rider, the tourer, the off-roader/"adventure rider", etc. Not to mention the innumerable "crossover" machines. How is it, then, that a category representing 10% or more of all buyers has been mostly ignored by product developers?

It's past time for a manufacturer to release several modern, competitively-performing sport and sport-touring models which are ergonomically designed for an average-sized woman. When you add in the potential sales to male riders of below-average height (average height of an adult male in the US is 5ft9.1 inches according to the same source used above), these bikes have the potential to be big moneymakers.

Kawasaki's new ER-6n might be just such a bike (albeit a little more budget-minded than a full-on sportbike), but it is still unknown if they will bring that machine to the US. If not, they might be beaten to the punch by Yamaha, who have a habit of releasing bikes that create their own categories.

BMW Women Only

More and more women are turning to motorcycling as a leisure pursuit. During the last two years the BMW Off-Road Skills courses have seen an increase in the number of women participants and Chief Instructor Simon Pavey feels that many women would prefer a course targeted solely at women riders.

Simon Pavey’s vision will be put to the test on 31 July to 1 August (inclusive) when the first ‘women only’ BMW Off-Road Skills course takes place at BMW’s south Wales training facility.

The BMW Off-Road School employs some of Britain's finest instructors who teach all the basic off-road riding skills. The course takes place at the magnificent 4,000-acre Walters Arena enduro park, which features a diverse selection of trails and terrain. The planned itinerary challenges every level of riding ability and experience, and, at the end of the course participants will have achieved a degree of capability they never thought possible.

Every year BMW's Off-Road Skills instructors teach over 400 people to ride off-road. This includes participants with no off-road experience and others that have been dirt riding for years. The outcome is that everyone learns a lot of new skills – irrespective of riding ability.

Participants are taught on BMW F650 GS or F650 GS Dakar motorcycles, both of which cater for tall or short riders. Award-winning R1200 GS machines are also available for exceptional students and more confident riders.

During the two-day course, participants learn the basic techniques of off-road riding. These skills include: how to lift, balance and manoeuvre a motorcycle in awkward situations; slow-speed manoeuvring and control; balance; throttle and clutch control; the improvement in braking ability; ascending and descending hills safely and confidently together with crossing water.

It is the experience and ability of its instructors that have made the BMW Off-Road Skills course one of the industry's most successful and most copied. Five-times Dakar competitor Simon Pavey heads a team of hugely capable off-road instructors. They have been appointed because of their experience, expertise, superb riding ability and genuine enthusiasm for off-road riding. They not only help participants to learn how to ride a motorcycle off-road but also make it an unforgettable and enjoyable experience.

BMW Off-Road Skills courses (levels one and two) cost £345 for participants on F650 GS or F650 GS Dakar machines. For participants, wishing to ride a R1200 GS, the courses cost £385. This price includes two days instruction, bike hire, third party insurance, fuel, meals, refreshments, and a certificate of course completion. Accommodation or evening drinks are not included in the above prices.
